Here Anna was helping me unwrap the "rollos" for homemade cookies.
She did very well, she ate only one at first...
But, after I noticed she was working so hard I decided to reward her with another one.
Next thing I knew she was eating rollo after rollo - and at one point accidentally started to eat the paper instead of the chocolate! It was quite hard getting all of the foil out of her teeth!
Here we are painting Josh's "Welcome Home Banner" that I'll post in the yard.
Anna had lots of fun painting "elephants and snakes" - can't you see them??
And then... Forest's turn. Which consisted mainly of a temper tantrum and a call to Poison Control because he managed to eat a whole paintbrush full of paint. (I wasn't using Crayola brand.)
Not much longer and Josh should be home! :)
