Summer is here... and clearly the boys are out to play.

I wonder.... what could they be up too??

I think this picture is worth a thousand words. It was like they huddled for a moment to get their game plan together and then "BREAK!" - they each were on their little mission. Onto something exciting, fun, wonderous, no... something just plain "cool!"

LIKE CRAWFISH HEADS!!!

Don't let his unsure expression fool you. This kiddo was bugging me like crazy to let him have "that big one mommy" and two second later would be back for another. He had a master plan...

Now mind you, I can barely get him to put his toys away or to not mess up his bed after I have made it in the morning. I don't know what prompted it, but this was his little masterpiece and for him to set this "Little Bayou" up was pretty exciting to say the least.

He's never agreed to try and taste the crawfish, usually turns his nose up and whines, "Nooo!" But maybe there is a little Cajun blood in him after all...

So... what ARE little boys made of??

Frogs, and snails, and puppy dog tails (or in this case, crafish heads)...
