Oh the simple things...
Today for lunch we had veggie and alphabet soup. Nothing amazing.
But, for the first time Anna noticed the letters.
This could be for a couple reasons... #1, I guess that I don't make alphabet soup all that much... we usually have tomato or chicken noodle. Now that I think of it, maybe I've only bought the plane jane veggie soup, without the letters, in the past??? #2, in the craziness of lunch time I guess I've never pointed them out to her before (oops, don't get too down on yourself now Heidi.)
In any case, it was so adorable.
She intently fished every letter out of her soup and would curiously ask, "What the letter that this is mama?" (in those exact words...which made it even cuter!)
