Three years old...

So it's been three years since this little guy came waltzing into our simple lives. Little did we know that we'd be taking a ride of a lifetime learning all about how he operates. He is still very young, so I'm certain that each day will bring new surprises. He's a boy... and God made him just the way he needs to be and gave us just what we need in this sweet, crazy, funny, tantrum throwing, smart little man. It's so important to remember that each day, moment, challenge and tantrum should be absorbed completely and come what may...we will always look back on our children's childhood with joy and laughter.

It was sort of a big deal making Forest's cake. He was still sleeping with the - you know - paci. So, we had the idea to make a "magic cake" that required that one special ingredient. (Which Mom secretly removed before the baking began.) It was a special cake. A "MAGIC" cake!


Oh, how time flies. One minute a blinky eyed baby boy is wrapped up in your arms, and the next minute, he's making sound effects, playing with tools, and telling you silly jokes!!
